Grateful for the magical moment – day 1

Hi friends,

Hope you all are doing good. I have been doing good as well.

These days being at home is the new normal. Being at home more means being with the family more, getting in touch with the extended family and friends, spending time doing things together and enjoying simple meals.

Offcourse, we do feel worried when we watch the latest updates on television but then it’s better to look for or do something positive rather than feel worried.

I also have been trying to stay positive by reading, making simple meals, playing with the baby, trying new hobby and looking for something positive every day.

Today a small incident happened which made me feel grateful to have a wonderful family.

In the evening, as usual, I did a video call with my parents back home. They played with the baby, tried to teach him new things and made him laugh. (They come up with new tactics every day to make him laugh.)

After all the laughing session was over, my father and mother started singing a lullaby (in our regional language) to him. The baby was smiling hearing them sing. I was smiling hearing them sing.

I had tears in my eyes seeing the unconditional love between the baby and the grandparents. For me, those few moments were magical. These are the moments when you see pure love, nothing else!

I am very grateful for this magical experience. It lasted for only a few seconds but it gave me goosebumps. I could feel nothing but pure love in their singing and the baby smiling at them.

As I write this here, I still feel the love that I felt in that moment.

Do let me know if you have ever had such experience.
